The council opposes investing in necessary future capital facilities maintenance.
During a recent listening session a member of council stated that the investment incomeacquiredfrom funds obtained from a potential sale could better serve our membership, staff and mission and would also be used to relocate the memorial gardens and stones to an area at the back of the Bell Street property.

FLC community offerings increase relevance for young generations drawn to topics of social change while providing the community with connective spaces and touchpoints far beyond the physical capabilities of our Bell Street facility.
The CLC is already self sufficient. A NO vote will not increase costs to the 2024/2025 operating budget.
